Construction of a long-term mixed-use complex near Midtown Detroit is expected to begin in October, according to the project proponent and the state.
– The Michigan Strategic Fund has reapproved its $ 4.3 million investment in a $ 40.8 million mixed-use development.

– The Chicken & Waffles restaurant in Second Kuzzo is planned for the site.
The project has more than 900 housing units, for sale and for rent, in the form of houses and apartments. The plans also include open spaces, a nursery, 1100 parking spaces, 1700 m2 of shops and a small hotel.
